Become a Donor or Sponsor

Each donor and sponsor level is named for a social justice educator. Along with your donation acknowledgment you will receive a card with information about the educator for your donor level.

All donors will be acknowledged on our website, unless they request to be anonymous.

Carter G. Woodson ($25-99)

  • Acknowledged on Teaching for Change website

Ronald Takaki ($100-249)

  • Acknowledged on Teaching for Change website

Antonia Pantoja ($250-499)

  • One signed book from noted author (choice of 3 titles) – or -
  • Teaching for Change’s Busboys and Poets Bookstore handcrafted plaque: 1 year

Myles Horton Donor ($500-$999)

  • One signed book from noted author (choice of 3 titles) – or -

Paulo Freire ($1,000-2,499)

  • Two signed books from noted author (choice of 3 titles) – or -

Septima Clark Sponsor ($2,500-4,999)

  • 10% discount in bookstore or on webstore for one year

Mary McLeod Bethune Sponsor ($5,000-9,999)
